I Almost Missed Out On Reading A Really Good Book!!!!!
I was in the process of returning this book to the library without reading it. I didn't like the cover and the story didn't sound too interesting, BUT BOY WAS I WRONG. The story was absolutely delicious and hotter than H...!!!I loved the female character Geri. Any story that depicts women as strong and sexy, I'm all for it!! But let's not leave out the leading man Alex, extremely sexy, creative and what an imagination!!! I felt the chemistry between these two literally leaping off the pages!!! I'm going to run out to buy a pair of handcuffs plus rent a big motorcycle!!! KUDOS to the author!!! Ms. Hayes is an exceptional writer. This is the first time I've read a book by this author, but it won't be my last!! The next book on my reading list is Dangerous Love.

Excellent book!
I honestly could not put this down. The characters are both wonderfully drawn, vivid and totally believable, and the story will keep you on the edge of your seat. Plus, you'll never look at motorcycles the same way again. A terrific follow-up to DANGEROUS TO LOVE.

A Sexy Page Turner
SPIES LIES AND LOVERS is a fast-paced, delicious book that absolutely drips sexual tension, featuring a heroine with enough guts for three men. Tip: if you miss the handcuffs scene, you'll be sorry!

Swimming Basics
Published in Paperback by Prentice Hall (March, 1984)
Authors: C. Rob Orr, Rob C. Orr, Bill Gow, and Jane B. Tyler
Average review score:

Swimming isn't so basic
When I went to a lot of my friends pool parties and I was too embarassed to go in the water because I didn't know how to swim, I decided it was time I learned how to. However, I was a little shy of having a real person teach me (possibly because of my race) so I bought a book called, "Swimming Basics". This novel taught me the simple facts about how to stay afloat and how to move your arms and legs in sequence so you can swim through the water. Since the novel was written by the excellent swim coach of Princeton University, I felt reading the book gave me enough confidence to jump in the water. So, at the next swim party I was invited to, I went off the diving board, sunk to the bottom, and had to be saved by the lifeguard. I found out that swimming was, in fact, not so basic and that certain people, like me, should never swim. My brother Casey tried to read the book and then swim but he was unfortunate and drowned. However, if you don't have a learning disability like myself, then "swimming basics" is an excellent book to get you started swimming.

AMAZING
I TOOK ONE LOOK AT THE COVER ON THIS BOOK, AND I KNEW HOW TO SWIM LIKE A SEA URCHIN!

HIGHLY RECCOMENDED

The Taming of the Tyler Kincaid (Harlequin II)
Published in Hardcover by Harlequin Mills & Boon (August, 1900)
Author: Sandra Marton
Average review score:

It Blew Me Away!
Tyler Kincaid doesn't know who his parents are because he was left on a doorstep when he was three days old. His search for his past has led him to the Espada Ranch and the Baron family. There he meets the beautiful heroine Caitlyn. Not only does he learn about his past, but also, faces his fear of true love and intimacy.

I LOVED this book! The Baron series has been wonderful and each novel has stood on their own, but this one made me cry and totally fall in love with Tyler. He is just PERFECT! The story was real and involved me emotionally. I was so hooked that I wanted to sneak a read at work. Sandra Marton has done it again. She has quickly become my FAVORITE romance author! :o)

NEWS FROM THE AUTHOR
I'm thrilled and delighted to tell you that THE TAMING OF TYLER KINCAID has just been nominated for the RITA as Best Short Contemporary Novel of the year.

The RITA is the prestigious award given by the Romance Writers of America.

Winners will be announced July 22 at the gala awards evening that will conclude RWA's annual conference.

The taming of Tyler Kincaid
"The taming of Tyler Kincaid" is a must read! The sparks that fly between Caitlin McCord and Kincaid are beyond spicy. Tyler Kincaid's character is rough around the edges, sexually rugged, heart stopping in his controlling and demanding attitude. He is the type of man that women fantasize of throughout time. The way in which he takes charge of his desire for Caitlin, wearing down all her defences until she can't help wanting Kincaid as much as he wants her is just "Wow!". Not only is the book steamy with romance and conflict but the mystery within the story is just as intriguing. Kincaids search for his parents is what leads him to The Barons ranch named Espada. But the truth that is revealed in the end is shocking and a page turner. You dont want to stop reading this book til the end. It's a beautiful book with so much mixture in it that it makes the book a definite 5 star reader. Sandra Marton again has done a wonderful job in writing this book. I've loved each and everyone one of "The Barons" story, but this most of all has been the best of the four Baron books. So if your an avid reader of romance and love the defy and conquer relationship between a man and a woman then you'll definitely love this book.

Tcp/Ip Protocol Suite (McGraw-Hill Forouzan Networking Series)
Published in Hardcover by McGraw Hill Text (January, 2003)
Authors: Behrouz A. Forouzan and Tyler Gregory Hicks
Average review score:

very good one
simple and understandable language. was extremely helpful in my course.

The simplest book on TCP/IP
There is no doubt that apart from Douglas Comer's three-volume set, this is the best book to learn TCP/IP. Behrouz has simply created magic, with his usual liberal use of diagrams and tables to explain complex topics with ease.

I would strongly recommend this book for those who want to learn TCP/IP at a conceptual level in addition to Comer. However, if you want to go to the internals, this may not be the right book for you.

The best book on TCP/IP that I have come across.
I consider myself very fortunate to be one of the first few to have a copy of this book (draft copy that is sold at DeAnza College Bookshop). I fully recommend this book as it starts from the basics and covers all aspects of TCP/IP. I understand that the published version of this book will cover a few additional topics. I am really looking forward to reading this book. An essential book for everyone interested in TCP/IP. Also an EXCELLENT reference book.

Tyler #7: Arrowpoint
Published in Paperback by Harlequin (September, 1992)
Author: Suzanne Ellison
Average review score:

I Love This Book!!!!!
This book had to be my favorite from the Tyler series. I read the first chapter of it from the previous book, and I could not wait to read it! It really was a great book and I suggest that anyone who has read the Tyler books should certainly read this one.

ARROWPOINT hits the Target!
This was my favorite of the entire series: "Welcome to Tyler". It was well written, and the characters were so easy to like, and their story was very captivating! Their personalities came alive under the skillful writing style of Ms. Ellison.

Excellent romance-mystery rolled in one. Hometown feeling.
This series most be read from Whirlwind to Loveknot. The mystery blends through all twelve books in series. All seven author's are excellent. You get the feeling you really could find this town and meet these people. Each book is a story in it's own but they all connect. I was impressed with this series. First books I've ever wanted to read a second time after finding them in storage. As my nineteen year-old says "awesome"!

Windows NT Server 4 Administrator's Guide
Published in Hardcover by Premier Press (October, 1996)
Authors: Paul E. Robichaux, Bob Chronister, Jim Kanya, Sean Leinen, Ted Malone, Bo Williams, and Melissa Tyler
Average review score:

a good lead into living with nt 4 in the workplace
I like the the combo of necessary theory with enough real life examples to really use it. I hate those books that are all recipes or others who want to get just technical. Ofter the latter ones , give examples that make the theory even more opaque. Real life situations are often very complex. One needs a lot of theory to really figure things out

<P>A must read for NT4 Administrators who want to learn!

After wading through many different NT 4.0 Administrator Bibles, I found this book to be an excellent read. Having not had previous experience supporting an NT environment of any kind, I was looking for some serious help to get up to speed. Well this book did it.

My copy of this book now sports many little "sticky" markers and is wonderfully colored with highlighted and underlined notes. The only "bible" that I've read completely.

This book is well written, easy to follow and does not need to be read in sequential order. I jumped from chapter to chapter and still found the information useful. I have now jumped from "scared" to try it, to "hey let's dive in mode." It's a wonderful feeling when you can get information from a book and feel confident to stride forth into the strange and unknown.

I found an acronym that was new to me, and told the publisher. The next thing I knew, I received a surprise e-mail from the author explaining the acronym with examples. So how many authors do you know that will take the time to answer your questions?

Authors: Edward J. Tyler and Craftsman

National Electrical Estimator, 2000
The National Electric Estimator 2000 is a great resource. I have used several of the National Estimator books from Craftsman in the past and have been more than pleased with the quality, this one is no exception. From the estimating tables to the information about various aspects of the electrical trade I was impressed repeatedly with how easy it was to access and use the information. An added bonus is the cd which is included with the book. This cd is the National Electrical Estimator program and contains all of the information that is in the book. This program alone is worth the purchase price of the book! All of the tables are fully editable, from the tax rate to labor and materials costs, this program could be a valuable estimating tool for any small business. I highly recommend this book!

Academy Days

Author: Tyler Webster
Average review score:

I have been inspired
This book was very well written considering that the author is most likely insane. There were many factors leading up to my purchase of this book. For one, I was influenced greatly by the superb reviews. I also thought that the description of the book sounded very interesting. I was not let down. I have been inspired to write my own books and will do so until I can match the great genius entrapped in this book. Thank you Mr. Webster.

A greatly needed comedy.
This book was a total impulse purchase for me. "Ah," I thought, "a funny book. Might be good." I just wish that all my impulse buys turned out as good as this one did. This book is a gem, the perfect thing for a lazy summer afternoon. I can't remember the last time I laughed so hard for so long. The dialogue is witty, the situations the characters get into are hilarious, even the descriptions are amusing. It's Douglas Adams goes to high-school! The plot moves a little too fast for my usual tastes, but in this case I'm willing to make an exception. It's a rollercoaster ride. Hop on. Have fun.

Alphabet Book (Farmyard Tales Books Series)
Published in Hardcover by E D C Publications (February, 1998)
Authors: Heather Amery, Stephen Cartwright, and Jenny Tyler
Average review score:

A+ for Usborne
My husband and I love the books by Stephen Cartwright. The Alphabet book uses alliteration of each letter and each letter gets it's own page. Example- for letter A - "All the animals are asleep on the Apple Tree Farm. Can you find two apples?" - Besides the hidden apples to look for, there are a number of different farm animals in beautiful color for recognization skills and counting. Each page also has a hidden duck which runs through many of the Stephen Cartwright books. Great book, perfect gift for toddlers just learning animals, or older children learning their ABCs.

Great Cute book
This book really draws a child into the world of learning letters! The illustrations are fun and amusing.

Best Bondage Erotica (Best Erotica Series)
Published in Paperback by Cleis Press (September, 2003)
Authors: Alison Tyler and Alison Tyler's
Average review score:

Best Book!
I'm really thrilled that Alison Tyler came out with another bondage-inspired collection. "Bondage on a Budget" is one of my favorite erotic books, and this is now a contender for first-place. She's gathered an assortment of the best writers around to put together a book that anyone will find sexy. If you're a player, you'll like it. If you've ever fantasized about any sort of bondage, from being held down by a lover's command alone, or bound down with cuffs, thongs, silken bindings, etc., you'll like it. There is nothing scary about this book -- consensual sexual play for people who know what's sexy. And, I must say, the cover is divine. As good as the covers of Erotic Travel Tales and Sweet Life. A perfect gift for yourself or your lover!

Absolutely sexiest book ever...
Buy this book for the cover...and then prepared to get blown away by the stories inside. The anthology is just so sexy I can't even say. Cara Bruce's story "The Perfect O" is mind-blowing. M. Christian's "Moving" is about the power of the spoken word. Helena Settimana's "Six Persimmons" may be one of the most beautiful erotic stories I've ever read. But my favorite was "Selling Point" about a realtor and a prospective house-buyer who discover a secret bondage room in the basement of a house. It's totally hot and I'll read it over and over again. If you like bondage, buy this book. If you like sex buy this book. If you like hot covers, buy this book!
